Overview and prerequisites

This guide is for J&J colleagues who have been provided with access to J&J services through a Cloud PC/Windows 365 (Virtual Desktop). Your J&J Cloud PC offers the full array of J&J services such as email, Microsoft 365, J&J provided apps and J&J data.

Step 1

Using Password Manager

  • You will need to have your J&J email address and password. If you need to reset your password, please visit mypassword.jnj.com.
  • If this is your first-time visiting Password Manager, please reset your temporary password and set up your security questions and answers.

Step 2

Setting Up PingID

PingID is used to confirm your identity each time you connect to your J&J Cloud PC.

  • Open mfa.jnj.com and log in using your J&J email and password.
  • You must have a mobile number or a non-J&J email address already added to your J&J profile to set up PingID.

Step 3

Set up Cloud PC / Windows 365 on your device of choice

Login to windows365.microsoft.com and sign on using your email and password and authenticate using the PingID app. It is essential you download the 64-Bit version of Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows to get the full functionality of your J&J Cloud PC.
