Follow the instructions below to learn how to setup PingID on your devices.
Your PingID is critical for ensuring two-factor user authentication. You can add PingID to your laptop, but it is simpler if you add it to your cell phone. You will need your network ID and network password to first set up your PingID. To install the PingID application on your iPhone or Android, search and install PingID from your phone’s app store. If you already have PingID installed on your cell phone, open the application for step 5 below.
Connect to http://mfa.jnj.com
Sign in with your new Johnson & Johnson Username/Network ID and password.
Choose your verification method. If you cannot find a verification method that will work, you will need to follow the details in the "need help" section below.
Enter the passcode you receive.
Scan the QR code by clicking the “+” button on the PingID app on your mobile device, If you don’t have PingID on your mobile device install from your device app store. Your set-up is complete.
To submit a request, report an issue, or read articles, use the technology self-service center. If you can't access the portal, call the Global Service Desk for help with your migration.
