Follow the instructions below to login to your laptop.
Enter your Johnson & Johnson Network ID. Please note: Net ID, NT ID,Username, User ID are all the same as Network ID. If you set up questions with J&J Password Manager then you can reset your password online as follows:
Connect to https://mypassword.jnj.com
Select your preferred language in the top right of the screen
Sign in with your Johnson & Johnson Username/Network ID
Select "Forgot My Password" (Forgot My Password)
Answer the 3 security questions
Create your new password
If you did not set up security questions you will need to log a ticket with the help desk. Follow the “need help” instructions below. Please note you will be provided with a new temporary password from the help desk that will be provided to your line manager.
To submit a request, report an issue, or read articles, use the technology self-service center. If you can't access the portal, call the Global Service Desk for help with your migration.
